If you are not entirely satisfied with your package, we’re here to help.
RETURNS
To be eligible for returns, please take note of the following criteria:
- If and when Style Box merchandises contain manufacturing defects, such as holes, missing parts, faulty stitching and discolouration.
- If and when wrong merchandise (incorrect order ID and/or product code) shipped.
- You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Items must remain in original packaging with all tags and liners attached.
- Items needs to have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Please take note:
- Loose threads and removable stains will not be considered as defects.
- We do our best to accurately display the colors of our products via photo and email; however, the color you see will vary depending on several factors, including the color display on your computer/mobile. Hence, slight discrepancies in colour will not be entertained.
HOW TO RETURN
Please take a photo of the faulty part of the item and include a short description along with your order ID and send to us via the marketing@image-creator.com. Style Box will then issue a Return Item Authorization (RIA) and determine the severity of defect before proceeding to provide further instructions or request for the item to be returned.
All returned items should have their respective return authority number (eg. Return ID #1) stated clearly on a piece of paper inside the parcel. Customers are to make sure that all returned items are packed securely and sealed properly before mailing. Style Box strongly encourages you to use a delivery service with tracking capability. Style Box will not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns or exchanges.
Please take note:
- All postage charges shall be borne by customers.
- Items are to be returned in their original packaging to ensure adequate protection.
- Upon receiving the Return Authorization Email, customers are to deliver the return items to our address within 7 days. Any late delivery of parcel will not be entertained.
- Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed. We'll notify you via e-mail of your exchange once we have processed it.
- All returns that do not fulfil all necessary criteria will be strictly declined and forfeited.
